Dining Room Wallpaper – One Room Challenge Week 3

It's finally time for the wall to get a major makeover in this dining room. Remember what it used to look like?And let's be real, I LOVED this wall. I hand-painted this buffalo plaid years ago and it was quite a highlight in our home, but it was time to say bye-bye!I painted over it (took 3 coats because that green was DARK!) and patiently watched the paint dry so I could get going on our gorgeous Rebel Walls Bellewood mural! And here's how that went...After seeing this wallpaper up, I also realized something: I don't want to cover it up with a bench, nor do I want people (ahem, my 4-year olds) always touching it when they sit at the table. So the dining table is staying in the centre of the room and no bench will be built. Phew!
