Summer Table Setting with Kitchen Stuff Plus
Summer means spending as much time as possible outdoors, and that includes basically every meal for us. To keep things simple and stress-free, we keep a set of melamine dishes out on our covered porch where we tend to have dinner in the warmer months (you can check out this post I did last year on easy entertaining outdoors). This year I thought I'd gift my mom a set since we also spend a lot of time outdoors at their house. A Summer table setting seemed like a perfect surprise to welcome the warmer weather!Kitchen Stuff Plus always has an incredible selection, and this year they came out with their Summer Nights Collection, which, as it turns out, is great for mixing and matching different pieces from! Wanna see?First of all, my parents have an amazing space in their backyard. My dad built this covered deck for them last year, and it's our favourite place to hang out. Plus, they have a pool!Back to the table...The pieces I chose to create this set for my mom can be mixed and matched in SO many ways, but here's what I chose:
- KSP Southwest Melamine Plate Dinner (Multi Colour)
- KSP Speckled Melamine Side Plate (Grey)
- KSP Speckled Melamine Side Plate (Grey)
In addition to the plates and bowls (and to make everything just a bit fancier), I added in the KSP Everyday Charger Plate Scalloped (White), which is part of Kitchen Stuff Plus' Garden Brunch collection.I love that pieces can be mixed in from different collections, and I can almost guarantee that these chargers will be used indoors during cooler months, too!For serving pieces, I used the KSP Southwest Melamine Platter Rectangle (Multi Colour) from the Summer Nights collection, which is a great size for SO many things, and I added in another piece from the Garden Brunch collection: KSP Woodlook Melamine Cheese Board (Brown). And there you have it. A pretty outdoor table that really needs nothing else because the dishes are so dang gorgeous, once you set them down, you're DONE!Thanks so much to Kitchen Stuff Plus for helping me make my mama's table so pretty. She was overjoyed when I announced I wasn't just staging the table for a blog post but was, in fact, leaving all the dishes there for her! As you can imagine, though this is sponsored, my opinions are legitimately honest and my mom really loves her new dishes.
